on deaf ears we cry in vain<\/p>\n
in the fight against injustice<\/p>\n
we are uniting and will sustain<\/p>\n
authoritarianism<\/p>\n
has no place on our terrain<\/p>\n
from police to politicians<\/p>\n
our systems we will regain<\/p>\n
a long process of reform<\/p>\n
success in our long campaign<\/p>\n
we have a long road yet ahead<\/p>\n
many details to ascertain<\/p>\n
return the power to the people<\/p>\n
and end some gravy trains<\/p>\n
but from the tweets to the streets<\/p>\n
our resolve will not wane<\/p>\n
there is everything to lose<\/p>\n
but the whole world to gain<\/p>\n
this evil cannot go unpunished<\/p>\n
we need to honor the slain<\/p>\n
take things one step at a time<\/p>\n
use our hearts and our brains<\/p>\n
remember to stop and breathe<\/p>\n
